What cleaning products do you use?We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both your family and pets. If you have specific cleaning product preferences, we are more than happy to accommodate them.

How do you price your services?Our pricing is based on the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of service required, and any additional special requests. We offer free estimates and can provide a quick detailed quote upon request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?It's entirely up to you. You can choose to be home during the cleaning or provide us with access to your property. Our team is trained to perform their duties with the utmost respect for your home and belongings.

How do I schedule a cleaning service?You can schedule a service by clicking the Book Now button at the top of the page, or by calling us directly. We also offer flexible scheduling options, including one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services.

What is your cancellation policy?We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

How do you ensure quality?Quality is our top priority. Our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure nothing is missed. After the cleaning, we encourage customer feedback to continuously improve our services.

What should I do to prepare for the cleaning service?To ensure the most efficient cleaning, we recommend removing any clutter and securing pets. If there are specific areas you want us to focus on, please let us know in advance.

How do I pay for the service?We only accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of scheduling the service, and the remaining 50% balance will be charged to the credit card on file immediately upon completion of the job. For recurring services, we may require an advance payment for the first and last cleaning sessions.

Do you charge late fees?Yes, if payment is not received by the specified deadline, a 5% late fee may be applied.

Do you offer invoicing for commercial clients?Yes, we provide invoices for our commercial clients, which are payable within a set period, usually 15 to 30 days.

Is a security deposit required?For larger or more complex jobs, we may require a security deposit to secure your appointment.

What is your tipping policy?While tipping is not mandatory, it is appreciated. You can add it to the final bill or give it directly to the cleaners.
