For a regular clean, 2 to 3 business days’ notice is usually enough; deep cleans and move-outs are best booked 5 to 7 days ahead. You do not need to be home: many clients leave a key or a door code, shared privately after you book.

We clean surface mildew from grout, caulk, tile, window sills and painted walls, most thoroughly as part of a deep clean. Mold growing inside walls, ceilings or under floors needs a mold remediation company, and we will tell you if we see signs of it.
