QUESTIONS
01 How long does a move clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 4–6 hours. Larger homes or properties in rough condition can take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
02 Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients provide us a key or entry code. We'll notify you when we arrive and when we finish. For move-out cleans, we can also send you a photo report so you have documentation of the condition we left it in.
03 Will this help me get my security deposit back?
We can't make that promise for you, but a thorough professional clean is one of the most important steps you can take. Our move-out clean is designed to address everything a landlord typically looks for during a move-out inspection. We bring the receipts — literally.
04 How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 5–7 days before your move-out date — especially at the end of the month when demand is highest. The sooner the better. Contact us as soon as you know your move date and we'll lock in a time.
